
This class is perfect for those who want strength and challenge but need more time to move through morning stiffness. Each class begins on the floor — taking our time with gentle movements — then gradually builds toward standing strength work and, at times, a slow, mindful variation of sun salutations.
It's a deeply somatic experience, where you'll be invited to stay with your own felt experience throughout.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, Catherine brings depth, skill, and steady guidance, inviting greater curiosity and awareness along the way.
Please bring a yoga mat; all other props will be provided.

Street parking is available and can take a few moments to find. Please watch for permit-only zones on 38th St—they do ticket.
The room is held at standard room temperature.
Doors open at 9:20 am and close at 9:30 am, when class begins.
Pre-registration is strongly suggested.
