
In this well-rounded, mixed-level class, you’ll begin with gentle movements to ease stiffness and reconnect with your body, then gradually build toward standing strength work and, at times, a slow, mindful variation of sun salutations.
This is yoga for the middle-aged body—one that craves strength and challenge, yet benefits from approaching both more slowly and with greater intention than the standard local yoga classes.

Street parking is available and can take a few moments to find. Please watch for permit-only zones on 38th St—they do ticket.
The room is held at standard room temperature.
Doors open at 9:20 am and close at 9:30 am, when class begins.
Pre-registration is strongly suggested.
