In this well-rounded, mixed-level class, you’ll begin with gentle movements to ease stiffness and reconnect with your body, then gradually build toward standing strength work and, at times, a slow, mindful variation of sun salutations. With Catherine’s clear and precise guidance, you'll rarely need to look outside of your own felt experience.
